Best BBQ Sauce and More

Firstly the Best BBQ EVER is her to stay. When I was little I always became excited when we had a BBQ in the summer. It meant hot dogs, cheeseburgers, ribs, and chicken on the grill. Mom always made homemade potato salad and macaroni salad. It was so wonderful when the cousins, aunts and uncles came over. And then the friends and neighbors too.

Best BBQ on the Ribs

Additionally, when we had the ribs they were the best. My dad would grill them slowly throughout the day and smother sauce all over the ribs. However, this sauce is even better than Dad’s was on those ribs. It works on chicken and brisket too. Put it on whatever meat you usually put Sauce on for the grill. Work it into your recipes. It tastes like homemade due to the fact that it is southern made. That’s why it is called Redneck Lipstick BBQ Sauce. You can go to their page here and even get some recipes for a variety of foods.

BBQ Chicken

BBQ chicken is sooo good. It is juicy and tasty for a BBQ with family and friends. Finally, learn how to make these chicken wings. But we all know the key is in the sauce!

Ingredients

  • 12-24 chicken wings, be sure to remove the tips
  • Buttermilk (optional – but come on, wings without it just ain’t wings!)
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Redneck Lipstick BBQ Sauce

Marinade (optional)

Firstly, place chicken wings in a large bowl or baking dish, coat with buttermilk and cover. For best results, allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. If you do not have this much time, skipping this step is okay. The chicken will still be delicious.

Directions

Additionally, you take the wings out of the buttermilk. Furthermore, allow wings to drain and warm up to room temperature before grilling. This should take about 30 to 45 minutes. Pat the wings with a paper towel if necessary to get excess buttermilk.

Then season the wings with salt, black pepper and paprika.

Heat grill to low-medium.

Obviously place the wings on the grill. However, cooking time should be between 30-45 minutes, depending on the temperature of your grill. Flip wings every 5-10 minutes until the skin is golden brown. The wings should be very tender and will easily pull away at the joints when done. Always stay close to the grill, you may have “flare ups” from the wings dripping while cooking. Don’t burn the wings!

In conclusion Brush the wings with Redneck Lipstick BBQ sauce either in the last 5 minutes of cooking or right after you take them off the grill. I usually do it after cooking, the skin on the wings stay nice and crispy.
